Materials

Mason Pinder works in many steel types, aluminium alloys and other materials, such as Ampco and Moldmax, to produce tools for injection moulding, diecasting and many different polymers.

Capacity

Complex tools and tool suites with individual dimensions of 4000 x 1700 x 1090 mm can be manufactured using CNC milling, or wire and spark erosion, supported by turning, grinding, polishing and assembly equipment, including tool proving and trialling machines.
